Description
As a Sales Marketing Specialist at OOIDA (Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association), your primary responsibility is to maintain a comprehensive database of partner agreements, conduct outbound calls and emails to members regarding the products available, and provide partner and member support to address inquiries and issues.
You will focus on lead generation, developing new partnerships, and driving sales and revenue growth through targeted outreach and relationship-building efforts. Reporting and analytics will play a key role as you track and assess the success of marketing initiatives and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. You will also offer internal team support, collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and success. Strong communication, creativity, and a deep understanding of the trucking industry will be key to your success in this role.
*This is not a commission-based position. Compensation will be determined on qualifications and experience. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a comprehensive database of partner agreements and track contract renewals
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to members to introduce our products/services
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential account users and develop strong relationships with them
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create strategies for promoting partner programs to increase member utilization and satisfaction
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnership performance and member engagement
Qualifications
Required
- One year of high-volume transactional sales experience
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Helpful
- Bilingual (English, Spanish)
- Knowledge of the trucking industry or experience in a membership-based organization
