Prep Kitchen Team Member

Prep Kitchen Responsibilities:
- Pre-scooping Acai bowls.
- Making Grandma’s Granola with the team.
- Preparing smoothie bags.
- Setting up and sanitizing work stations.
- Following prep lists created by Kitchen Team Captains.
- Measuring ingredients and seasonings, and preparing cooking ingredients to be used in the cooking process.
- Ensuring all food items are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Supervising food and cooling room temperatures.
- Maintaining a clean, orderly, and sanitized kitchen.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
Prep Kitchen Requirements:
- Kitchen or Food Industry experience.
- Strong team working and communication skills.
- Physical endurance to work in a busy environment.
- Flexible schedule!
- 8a-4p weekdays
- 8a-3p weekends
- $14-$18 with tips
- 30-40 hours per week
- Full time is available!!

The ideal candidate should have experience in a prep kitchen of some sort and be aware of the fast pace environment. Additionally, the candidate should have an entrepreneurial mindset and okay with changes and updates on processes. We are a growing team with members wearing multiple hats, and we want you to be a vital part of our success.
We are looking for a hard-working Prep Kitchen Team Member to be responsible for setting up workstations in the kitchen and preparing ingredients for the kitchen process. The role performs basic cooking duties, monitors stock levels, and takes on culinary tasks as they arise.
To be a successful Prep Kitchen Team Member, you should understand and be willing to comply with food and sanitation guidelines and regulations, be quick and diligent, and willing to improve on the job. You are able to follow instructions and processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
