A family owned roofing company based in the Sarasota/Bradenton area is searching for an experienced Lead Roofing Service Technician to join and LEAD an amazing team of hard working professionals. We are a 50 year old, well established company, dedicated to quality, while embracing a culture of safety.
We are actively seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our roofing services division. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in roofing services, demonstrating expertise in installation, maintenance, and repair of various roofing systems.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in roofing services with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
- In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot roofing issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform roof inspections and assessments.
- Execute repairs, installations, and maintenance of roofing systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
