What are the responsibilities and job description for the Roofing Repair Technician position at OolaHR?
Salary:
Douglas Restoration is a family owned and operated business, dedicated to quality and outstanding customer service. We are in search for a Roofing Repair Technician!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Diagnose Leaks and repair if able
- Perform contract repairs according to scope
- Interior work experience required
- Be knowledgeable of Florida Building Codes and perform all work according to the FBC
- Perform punch list type repairs as needed
- Receive assignments, start and finish assignments, and provide a job report in our CRM portal.
- Communicate and be reliable day to day Work during normal business hours
- Call customers ahead of arrival and keep customer informed of any delays or changes to their schedule
- Travel out of area only as needed (this can be limited to your preference)
- Collect payments as needed and turn into the office
Other Desirables:
- Customer service - must be able to professionally interact with customers
- Should have primary tools, company can provide some tools as needed during employment
- Can use own truck with adjust compensation for use or use company truck
- Must have drivers license to use company truck
- Hourly Position Starting pay $20 -$30 per hour based on experience
- 30 day review to provide feedback, create goals, and consider any appropriate adjustment (or future adjustment) for compensation
- Annual reviews performed
