SAS - Understanding of SAS tool and access management via AWS Workspaces, SAS Studio transactions and server-related issues.
Unix knowledge - troubleshoot platform(in general)
Unix CLI-lookup user permissions in storage access, server monitoring.
SAS Admin Integration with AWS
Understanding of AWS cloud to work with infrastructure team for server maintenance activities.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good knowledge of change management process.
SAS Application upgrade installation and hotfixes
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle / application support
Good documentation skills.
Able to communicate effectively to stakeholders.
SAS Administration and ability to interpret / troubleshoot logs
SSL license certificate installation - annual
