About the Role
We’re looking for a CMM programmer – a person who is a vital member of the quality team, supports production, and ensures products and services conform to customer specifications.
Shift hours : 4 : 30pm-1 : 00am
What You’ll Do
- Understand customer requirements and ensure they are met
- Create programs in PC-DMIS and improve existing programs on Hexagon and Brown and Sharpe Machines
- Program parts with heavy GD&T
- Align programs to High QA Inspection Manager Inspection Plans
- Effectively hand off programs to be setup and run by operators
- Embrace ERP technology to manage and execute CMM schedules
- Standardize fixturing and setup processes
- Optimize cycle times for production volume
- Perform first article, in process, and final inspections of precision machined parts
