Salary: $100k to $125k per year 15% - 25% bonus

About the Role:

The Production Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of energy assets through data analysis, system assessments, and performance testing. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor, diagnose, and resolve operational issues, while providing critical data to support customer service and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, validate, and analyze data from DAS (Data Acquisition Systems) providers.
• Perform DAS software setup, programming, and performance testing (e.g., Capacity Tests) for new projects.
• Monitor and diagnose operational issues, initiating problem resolution with equipment manufacturers.
• Calculate and analyze energy losses due to equipment outages.
• Provide performance reporting and data analytics to support business needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project onboarding and system optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, Physics, or Electrical Engineering (Graduate degree is a plus).
• 3-4 years of experience in production analytics, performance testing, and system assessments of energy assets.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data in various formats.
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills and a system-level mindset.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
