Job Summary：
Responsibilities:
- Participate in creative thinking, team decision making, and problem solving in both office and factory floor environments
- Handle all details of assigned projects from inception to completion within mutually agreed upon time frames
- Find answers to manufacturing, technical or systems questions when requested by internal & external customers
- Apply good oral and written communication skills to clearly communicate with internal and external personnel to request/provide information and relay data to others
- Interact with multiple functional areas regarding manufacturing initiatives and projects to achieve premier customer service and overall business objectives
- Support a professional field and customer-focused environment, with measurements in place to track performance and improve the process
- Work in coordination with an experienced manager who will provide assignment guidance and direction
Qualifications:
- Must exhibit a solid professional image with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a diverse environment with multiple business goals while maintaining internal and external relationships.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required, including strong presentation skills.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to grasp technical engineering details to provide solutions for customers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) required. Working knowledge of drafting software (e.g. AutoCAD, Pro/Engineer, Creo, or Solidworks) preferred.
- Positive attitude/demeanor and ability to work in a team environment.
- Self-starter capable of setting and meeting goals and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC products and systems, and a working knowledge of the construction and HVAC industry a plus.
