Project Coordinators will act as the day-to-day lead of multiple projects within our Originality portfolio, handling workflow and operations so I can support strategic initiatives. They will primarily work on Creator Quality, helping drive the parity work between video originality and non-video originality. They will work cross-functionally, influencing key decisions across teams and functions. Responsibilities:

They will work cross-functionally, influencing key decisions across teams and functions. Responsibilities:
- Attend and pull documentation for weekly business reviews for each project; they will often lead these calls too.
- Create guidelines and iterate on them with support from product partners.
- Identify quality misalignments and perform root cause analyses to determine the origin of any data deficiencies.
- Cascade quality deficiencies upstream and downstream to ensure calibration among project teams.
- Align priorities, roles, and decision-making criteria within projects and across pillars.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks.
- Advise DLAs on best practices for quality assurance and data annotation.
- Standardize DLA training/onboarding.
- Willingness to work with vendors across multiple time zones.
- Support with any additional tasks to help with program excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field with experience in project management or coordination.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work with the stakeholder and in a team environment.

- Participate in OP monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
