Data Labeling Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

At OP, we consult for some of the most prestigious brands in the world. But more importantly, our consultants have a voice in the vision and future of the company. We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. Project Coordinators will act as the day-to-day lead of multiple projects within our Originality portfolio, handling workflow and operations so I can support strategic initiatives. They will primarily work on Creator Quality, helping drive the parity work between video originality and non-video originality. They will work cross-functionally, influencing key decisions across teams and functions. Responsibilities:

• Attend and pull documentation for weekly business reviews for each project; they will often lead these calls too.
• Create guidelines and iterate on them with support from product partners.
• Identify quality misalignments and perform root cause analyses to determine the origin of any data deficiencies.
• Cascade quality deficiencies upstream and downstream to ensure calibration among project teams.
• Align priorities, roles, and decision-making criteria within projects and across pillars.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks.
• Advise DLAs on best practices for quality assurance and data annotation.
• Standardize DLA training/onboarding.
• Willingness to work with vendors across multiple time zones.
• Support with any additional tasks to help with program excellence.
  
  

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field with experience in project management or coordination.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work with the stakeholder and in a team environment.

Additional Responsibilities

• Participate in OP monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
• Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
• Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
• Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
