We are seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to develop and manage partnerships with a portfolio of brand partners for our Incubation Products. This role is pivotal in bridging the needs of our partners with the capabilities of our products. The Strategic Partner Manager will pitch, onboard, and drive value for our partners in the US using our tools and solutions while growing the business and revenue. This role is part of the Incubation Customer Success team, which specializes in incubating new products and accelerating their path to market. Responsibilities:

The Strategic Partner Manager will pitch, onboard, and drive value for our partners in the US using our tools and solutions while growing the business and revenue. This role is part of the Incubation Customer Success team, which specializes in incubating new products and accelerating their path to market. Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end strategic relationships with Commerce and Retail customers including developing new relationships, setting expectations during early-stage testing, and supporting partner growth.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to enable partners to utilize the Incubation products and advocate for functionality to grow partner businesses.
- Report updated status of partner discussions and progress to cross-functional partners.
- Develop deep product expertise with an ability to collect and synthesize meaningful feedback and translate it into high-quality insights to inform product roadmaps across a variety of product teams.
- BA/BS Degree (Strongly preferred).
- 8 years of experience in Relationship/Account Management or Business Development/Sales.
- Experience working directly with product and engineering teams.
- Experience solving complex problems in a collaborative environment.
- Experience handling multiple projects at once that require context switching and prioritization.
- Ability to uplevel experiences to create synthesized findings and action plans.
- Ability to quickly learn complex products to be able to serve as an expert for other parties.
- Experience working with a diverse cross-section of teams within a complex organization, both internal and external.
- Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative.
