The ideal candidate will excel in preparing presentations, organizing strategic planning sessions, and assisting with budget planning. This role requires excellent communication skills, managing multiple priorities, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Prepare decks and presentations for executive meetings, board meetings, and strategy sessions.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set goals and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee and coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to the executive team.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments.
- Act as a trusted advisor and confidant to the executive team.
- Manage the executive team's calendar, prioritize appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive team and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Draft, review, and edit reports, emails, and other documents on behalf of the executive team.
- Represent the executive team in meetings and discussions as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide strategic insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail or eCommerce industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and other presentation tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and analytically.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience in strategic planning and budget management.
- Knowledge of the online retail industry, particularly in the clothing sector.

- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
