Job Description
Bodyguards / Executive Protection Specialists provide close-personal protection to Clients for details originating in Texas, extending throughout the U.S. and other countries, as required. Duties include, but are not limited to, advance-work, travel arrangements, vetting of personnel, site audits/inspections, vehicle inspections, route-planning and more.
Ideal candidates will be professional in appearance and demeanor, articulate, well-kept, detail oriented and personable. Candidates must be able to maintain total client confidentiality and operate calmly under stressful conditions. There is absolutely no margin for error in these assignments.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have High-School Diploma or GED
- Competent typing and/or data input computer skills
- No disqualifying criminal history (per PSB code)
- Must be able to pass national background check
- Mandatory drug screening
- Must possess active CHL / LTC
- Must possess Level 3 Commission Licensing
- Must possess Level 4 PPO Licensing
- OC-spray and Baton Certified
- CPR and Basic First Aid Certified
- Formal / Verifiable Self-Defense and/or Martial Arts training a plus
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Security
- Minimum 2 years Law Enforcement and/or Military experience (Honorably Discharged)
- Must pass multi-stage, comprehensive interview process
- Must be able to pass age categorized Law Enforcement-style physical agility test, including 1/2-mile timed run, push-ups, sit-ups and sit-and-reach
- Must be able to demonstrate firearm proficiency with pistol, rifle, and shotgun
- Must be able/willing to complete and pass Op6 Executive Protection Training Course - 40 hours
- Other requirements as deemed necessary and/or appropriate by Op6 Management or the Board
Salary : $35 - $50
