OPA Behavioral Health is a private practice hiring for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with at least 1 year of experience to join our team and willing to work in Naples, FL. The Clinician will be responsible for evaluating patients and achieving medication management. OPA is a psychiatric practice offering mental health care including counseling and medication management to children (as young as 4), adolescents, and adults. The practice is 100% outpatient based. Primary importance is given to the care of patients as well as their families. We are looking for an individual with strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. This will be a full-time salaried position, reimbursement package of healthcare, insurance liability is included. This is an ideal Mon-Fri schedule; no weekends, no night calls. Salary is based on experience and skills set. The location that the PMHNP will be hired is: Naples, FL. Spanish/English Bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
- Prescribe all necessary medications and achieve personalized treatment plans
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Complete progress notes daily
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals when needed
- Communicate with collaborating Therapist/Specialist regarding patient care
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in psychiatric field
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills (EHR, Telehealth)
- Master's level PMHNP certified
