Private Home Care - Community Marketing Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Private Home Care - Community Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Community Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing our referral partnerships, engaging with private home care clients, and driving business for OPA Home Care.
You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance community engagement and growth.
Duties:
Communicate all relevant information pertaining to clients, caregivers, shift changes or other information necessary to ensure excellent care delivery to other office staff members as appropriate.
- Generate billings for the agency for In-Home Care
- Provide pleasant customer service.
- Generate leads from referral sources for products and services we offer.
- Accurately record and report all sales activities {to include} time, mileage, and other activities as specified by management.
- Narrate blog articles on community events in which you participate.
- General knowledge of senior industry in the local market, including competitors, resources, etc.
- Training/familiarity about our services
- Knowledge of our pricing and local community pricing.
- Basics of territory management.
- Effective time management techniques.
- Prospecting.
- Overall sales skill development.
- Effective interface with other disciplines, service, and administration.
- Involvement with community senior organizations.
- Weekly scheduling, planning, executing and follow-up.
- Sponsored activities and/or community events weekly.
- Scheduling, planning, executing, follow-up.
- Networking Events weekly.
- Scheduling, planning, executing, and follow-up.
Weekly Activities-Each week, it is the responsibility of the Community Marketing Manger to visit multiple accounts and have 35-45 meaningful conversations with key personnel. This does not mean driving to 35-45 locations, but rather 10 locations and seeing 4 key personnel in each location for example.
In Services – It is the goal to have at least 1 In Service every week at a different location. These can be Lunch n Learns, Breakfast n Learns, segment of a weekly meeting, and so on. Topics should be a Campaign (Ex: Fall Prevention), highlights, VA Benefits, or something customized to fit the needs of the referral source.
Networking Events-There are always networking opportunities throughout the territory given. Goal is to attend 1 each week
Community Events-Any other type of event in the community such as an after-hours wine taste at an Independent Living Facility, Assisted Living Facility, or Skilled Nursing Facility. They can also be CEU events, or hosting Bingo at a top account. Or Sponsoring other Activities at various Referral Sources. Do at least 1 each week.

Experience:
- Proven experience in senior care marketing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
