- Job Type: Full-time
- Starting Pay Rate: $19.00/hour, with bi-annual performance reviews
- Training Pay Rate: $11.00/hour during the 4-week training period
- Training Duration: 4 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Post-Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 8 AM – 6 PM (schedule may vary)
- Work one-on-one with children in a fun and structured learning environment
- Use evidence-based ABA techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Receive ongoing coaching and support from experienced BCBAs
- Education: High school diploma required
- Certification: CPR certification (must be obtained before start date)
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal screening
- Availability: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM (schedule may vary)
- Physical Ability: Sit, stand, squat, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Technology: Must access online training videos via the internet
- Training & Exam: Complete all new hire training and pass the RBT exam within the required timeframe
