Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone
- Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following our SOP’s
- Take food and drink order, offer recommendations, and ensure timely and efficient delivery to guests
- Complete all opening side work to prepare yourself for the shift
- Complete all closing side work at end of shift
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
- Maintain strong teamwork with fellow employees to ensure a flawless guest service experience
- Address guest concerns efficiently, escalating to management when appropriate to ensure satisfaction
- Follow all policies and procedures
- Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance
- Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform
- Maintains cleanliness of all dining and patio areas
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
- Open Availability including evenings, weekends and holidays required
- Previous experience as a cocktail server of related role required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
