Front Office Manager Job Description:

The Front Office Manager will provide leadership, consistency, and spectacular Guest Service to our Guests. The Front Office Manager is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office Department.
The major areas of responsibility/management include:
Front Desk, AYS, Bell Stand, Concierge.
Responsibilities of the Front Office Manager:
- Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of front desk agents, bell staff, AYS.
- Maintain exceptional service standards to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and room assignments.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to promptly address guest needs and concerns.
- Train and develop front office staff to consistently deliver exceptional service and uphold our Opal brand standards.
- Implement effective front office procedures and policies.
- Monitor guest feedback and proactively address any issues.
- Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and a commitment to resolution.
- Manage and maintain the property's front office budget.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide performance feedback.
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong aptitude for attaining Guest Satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple tasks quickly and efficiently while taking ownership of actions
- Previous experience in a Guest Service management role, preferably in a resort setting
- Previous experience in resort Front Office Management
- Experience in Opera a plus
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and Holidays
