Job Summary:
We are currently seeking Pipe Layers, Site Crews and Labors for Parking Lot projects.
We are currently seeking Pipe Layers, Site Crews and Labors for Parking Lot projects.
Pipe Layers are responsible for installing and repairing underground pipes for parking lots, including stormwater management systems, sewer systems, and water mains. This role involves heavy physical labor, working in confined spaces, and ensuring that all installations meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Read and Interpret Blueprints: Understand and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout requirements.

Trench Digging: Use trenching tools to dig trenches to required depths.

Pipe Installation: Align and position pipes to prepare them for welding or sealing. Install and repair sanitary and stormwater sewer structures and pipe systems.

Cutting and Connecting Pipes: Cut pipes to required lengths and connect pipe pieces, sealing joints using welding equipment, cement, or glue.

Slope Checking: Check slopes for conformance to requirements using levels or lasers.

Covering Pipes: Cover pipes with earth or other materials.

Testing Systems: Test pipe systems for leaks and other problems.

Safety Compliance: Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Qualifications:

Experience: Proven work experience as a pipe layer, preferably in parking lot projects.

Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, use trenching tools, and operate welding equipment. Knowledge of building regulations and safety standards.

Physical Requirements: Ability to perform heavy physical labor, work in confined spaces, and at high heights.
