Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects, including ground-up builds, paving, and retail developments.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, including negotiating contracts and overseeing performance.
- Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of [5 years] experience in project management, with a focus on ground-up construction, paving, and retail projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with Procore
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus.
