OPC Pest Services is rapidly expanding and we are searching for our next Branch Leader to grow the brand across Lexington, Fayette and the surrounding counties as well as in Southern Kentucky.  If you have the skills in professional leadership and successful business management, this is the career opportunity you are searching for!

• showcase superior operational skills, with experience in managing a Profit and Loss (P&L) statement and strategically investing in growth with balancing expense margins;

Join OUR High Quality Pest Control Team!   

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field 
• 4 years management experience (including managing the work of others) required
• 3-5 years experience in service industry preferred
• 2 years of sales experience preferred
• Must be able to work onsite daily at our Lexington, Kentucky branch office and surrounding service area

Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.   

Physical Demands / Working Environment:  

Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations:   

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity  
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.  
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.  

• Able to work in all types of weather conditions  
• Must be able to maintain valid driver's license and pest application licensure through length of employment
