Your Job Summary
Responsible for expanding our resident community and ensure the smooth transition of new residents into the nursing home. You will be responsible for compliance with admissions packets, actively engaging with potential residents at hospitals, assisting with transportation to and from appointments, and participating in various business development activities as assigned.
Your Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Prior experience in healthcare admissions, business development or a similar role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant softwareStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with residents and other personnel.
