OPCO Skilled Management seeks a skilled Human Resources professional to provide support to 10-15 nursing homes across Missouri and Indiana. This role involves delivering HR services, including onboarding, staffing, performance management, employee retention, and regulatory compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain effective onboarding practices.
- Collaborate with regional consultants to ensure successful interdepartmental meetings.
- Serve as the facility Grievance Officer and address staff concerns.
- Provide training to supervisors on company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in long-term care healthcare required.
- Human Resources or related certification preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant Human Resource experience.
- Frequent travel to support multiple job sites is necessary.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
