Compensation:
Hourly guarantee with bonus based on % of collections (current associates around 240-375K/year)

We average 100-200 new patients per month meaning amazing opportunities for growth.

Colorado offers dental student loan repayment of 25K per year which our office would make you eligible to apply.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $449,040.00 per year
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine dental examinations, cleanings, and fillings, and other general dental office procedures.
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions
- Create treatment plans and discuss them with patients
- Administer anesthetics and perform surgical procedures as needed
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff members to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean working environment
Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license
