As a CBRF Resident Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by assisting them in various aspects of daily living and promoting independence.

Requirements:
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with residents
- Dependability
- Must be registered or certified and listed on the CBRF registry
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to work every other weekend and rotating holidays
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, assist with resident transfers, and promptly respond to resident and emergency needs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to pass DHS and criminal background check
