Medical Director

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Director to lead our medical team and oversee the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of medical management, regulatory standards, and project management, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and HIPAA guidelines. This role is critical in shaping our medical policies, managing medical records, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Duties

• Provide medical and psychiatric services to clients
• Provide MAT services to clients
• Oversee the management of medical staff, ensuring adherence to established systems and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care quality and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including FDA regulations and HIPAA standards.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
• Provide leadership in project management initiatives aimed at enhancing healthcare services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology and advancements in the healthcare field.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD, DO, or APRN) with board certification in a relevant specialty.
• Strong understanding of medical management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements including FDA regulations and HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in managing medical records systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration among diverse teams.

Pay: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour
