Open Avenues provides clients with transportation to and from our facility each day.
Transport:
- Provide transportation to clients based on a pre-arranged schedule & route
- Follow all traffic laws
- Ensure client safety while boarding & deboarding
- CDL preferred but not required
Supervision:
- Provide supervision to passengers while in route
- Maintain safe & orderly environment
- Enforce rules & behavior requirements
- Treat clients with dignity & respect
- Familiarize yourself with special needs of each individual
Communication:
- Monitor & report vehicle needs, i.e. fuel/maintenance requirements
- Report client concerns
- Maintain confidentiality
Documentation:
- Complete Trip Sheet documentation
- Complete Daily Trip Report
- complete Pre-Trip documentation
Work Ethic:
- Work cooperatively with all staff members
- Devleop & maintain flexibility
- Assist other team members as needed
