What You’ll Do (Essential Job Functions)
- Provide daily support for laptops, phones, and related IT equipment, ensuring smooth operation for all team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for both on-site and remote employees.
- Image and deploy new laptops with Windows 11, ensuring users are set up for success.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and track software licenses.
- Set up new workstations, including configuring devices, setting permissions, and creating email accounts.
- Provide friendly phone and desktop support to both remote and onsite employees.
- Collaborate with the Desktop Support Team to ensure the continuous availability and reliability of critical systems.
