What You’ll Do (Essential Job Functions)
- Assist in the recruitment life cycle including preparing job postings, contacting candidates, arranging interviews, and other related tasks.
- Coordinate and participate in onboarding sessions and orientations for all new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Support the implementation of the HRIS (HR Information System) by importing, auditing, and validating employee data within the system.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and help promote our ACTIV values throughout the organization.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training programs and company events.
- Provide general HR support as needed.
Who We’re Looking for (Preferred Skills and Experience):
- Pursuing a BS/BA Degree in Human Resources or equivalent preferred
- Experience with HRIS platforms, such as Paylocity, is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other PC applications, ability to adapt to new technology as it becomes available
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
