Key Duties
This position is designed to allow you to make a meaningful impact with a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the lives of those we serve. While these are the primary duties, you may also take on additional tasks that support our mission and enhance the lives of individuals in our care:
- Provide services and support to meet the immediate needs of participants in our Adult Day Programs.
- Assist individuals with entering and exiting vehicles as needed.
- Offer personal assistance to individuals when required.
- Complete delegated nursing duties, as certified by the Medication Administration Certification.
- Help individuals develop new skills as guided by the Program Manager.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for all participants.
- Keep required documentation up to date.
- Collaborate as part of a team in the development of Individual Services Plans (ISP).
- Share important status updates as needed.
- Plan and engage in activities that promote growth and engagement.
- Take on additional professional duties as necessary to support our community.
- Manage supply and equipment requisitions required for your role.
- Complete written reports in accordance with board policy and ISP guidelines.
- Supervise Production Associates to foster a productive and collaborative environment.
- Help implement vocational habilitation and employment service goals for individuals.
- Track and manage workforce production capacities for individuals in the program.
- Maintain open communication with U-Co management regarding individual workforce capacities.
- Accurately input service data on Brittco for individuals served at Open Door Columbus.
- Provide Non-Medical Transportation services, including completing pre-trip inspections, documenting routes, and following safety procedures.

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
