ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Lead Donor Database Associate provides support to the development department in the areas of data entry, opening and sorting mail, back-up for verifications and postings, printing letters, and handling special mailings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
A full job description will be provided for review during the interview process.
- Maintain donor data with correct spelling of names, addresses, phone numbers and other vital information.
- For all in-house mailings: merge data into document, sort by product, print, fold, stuff and add postage, as needed. (Thank You letters, New Resident mailings, HH reminder, etc.).
- Maintain the CRM donor database and ensure its accuracy by clearing duplicates and missing records.
- Coordinate volunteer activity to help stuff mailings, including daily Thank You letters.
- Oversee Gift-In-Kind data uploads, Volunteer data uploads, planned giving data (M4M) uploads, Credit Card processing and ordering of and distribution of seasonal tracts.
- Exemplify Jesus Christ daily and share the gospel or pray with others as opportunities arise.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of Microsoft Work, Publisher, and Excel experience.
- A visible, growing, and committed relationship with Christ, based on knowledge of Scripture and life experience.

- Pay Range: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
- Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
