Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordination Assistant to join our team in Fort Wayne. This role will primarily involve providing administrative support in our office, working closely with team members and vendors in our maintenance department.
Responsibilities
- Addressing emails daily with clear purpose
- Learning and participating in multiple workplace software systems
- Professionally communicating with vendors, residents, investors, and maintenance technicians
- Scheduling, troubleshooting, and dispatching internal tech or vendor services
- Working with multiple vendors in a professional manner
- Following direction from multiple departments and managers
- Managing inventory
- Juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Maintaining organization and attention to detail
- Providing support to other office staff
- Working from different locations as needed
- Performing other duties as requested
Qualifications
Requirements:
- No remote work, position requires presence in the office
- Minimum 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Passing a background check
- Proficiency with computers and typing
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative roles or similar positions
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
