We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, friendly Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. * NOT REMOTE* *THIS JOB IS IN PERSON*

Work Shifts Mon-Thu 6:30a - 4:00pm Fri- 6:30a-2p
Full Time with Benefits
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments
- Answer inbound multi-line telephone calls
- Filing/Scanning
- Collect payments
- Perform all other office tasks
- Emailing customers and contractors
- Problem Solving Skills
- Strong Communication Skills
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, punctual, outgoing, friendly, and upbeat
- Quick learner and self-Motivator
- Experience with Word, Excel and QuickBooks a plus
- Excellent numerical skills for filing is required
