Job Summary
Open Healthcare US (OHUS) is seeking an entrepreneurial Consumer Health Business Manager to drive the expansion of our direct-to-consumer (B2C) home testing division under the OHUS brand. This role is critical in managing strategic partnerships, scaling our e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth fulfillment operations, and collaborating with the marketing team for successful product launches. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical devices or IVD, preferably with exposure to FDA clearance processes, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
This position offers the opportunity to lead the commercialization of innovative diagnostic products and shape the growth of OHUS B2C business.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and external fulfillment providers to drive business growth and ensure effective collaboration.
- E-Commerce Operations: Oversee the development and optimization of the e-commerce platform, managing the customer journey, digital sales strategies, and performance metrics.
- Fulfillment and Logistics: Manage end-to-end fulfillment processes, from inventory management to order fulfillment, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to execute product launch campaigns, promotional activities, and partner programs.
- Product Launch Execution: Lead the launch of OHUS at-home testing kits, ensuring successful planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Regulatory Awareness: Support compliance with FDA and IVD regulations in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- P&L Responsibility: Monitor the units and financial performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5 years of experience in business development, e-commerce, partnerships, or operations, preferably in the medical device, IVD, or healthcare industry.
- Startup or high-growth environment experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with FDA clearance processes for medical products is highly preferred.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
