Acquisitions Analyst

Open House Texas Realty and Investments LLC is a full-service real estate investment company that provides single-family rentals to international investors. We are currently seeking a qualified, knowledgeable Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst to assist in our continued growth. An Active Texas Real Estate license is required in order to be considered.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Active TX Real Estate License. As an Open House employee, you will be required to hang your license with our brokerage and will not be permitted to practice Real Estate while employed.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial drive
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, managing priorities with efficiency and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong financial acumen, able to analyze and interpret key financial data to support strategic decision-making
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, persuasively, and professionally.
• Keen eye for detail, consistently ensuring high-quality outcomes through careful analysis and thorough execution.
• Proven experience in real estate and rehabilitation estimating, with a strong track record of accurately assessing project costs and timelines.
• MLS experience preferred, with a deep understanding of real estate listing systems to enhance property research and analysis.
• Familiarity with reading HUD-1 documents and purchase contracts, with the ability to interpret and apply critical information in real estate transactions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Availability to work weekends as needed

**The annual salary will be determined by combining the base salary and results-based unlimited bonus. A more detailed explanation will be provided during the interview process.**
