As a Paid Social Media Specialist, you will be at the forefront of paid media strategies, responsible for driving campaign success, optimizing performance, and delivering best-in-class service to our clients.
What You'll Do
- Develop, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitter, and other emerging platforms.
- Work closely with platform representatives to unlock exclusive opportunities and stay ahead of social media trends.
- Analyze campaign performance, set KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize results.
- Continuously monitor and adjust strategies, including budget allocations and targeting parameters, to maximize campaign impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Account Management, Sales, Creative) to align paid media efforts with influencer marketing initiatives.
- Set up, manage, and report on campaigns using paid social trafficking platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads for YouTube).
- Serve as a client-facing expert, providing strategic insights and performance updates throughout campaigns.
- 2 years of experience managing paid social campaigns, specifically on Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and/or Twitter.
- Agency experience preferred.
- Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager is required.
- Experience managing direct response or performance-based campaigns is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for social media and digital advertising.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics, or a related analytical field is preferred.
