Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership & Coaching
  • Train, mentor, and support junior sales representatives on product features, sales strategies, and customer engagement techniques.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans that meet or exceed set targets.
  • Technical Expertise & Presentation
  • Develop a deep understanding of Open iT’s software metering and SaaS usage solutions, including integration requirements, technical architectures, and security considerations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical overviews, and executive-level presentations to prospective and current clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities by engaging with prospects, understanding their challenges, and articulating how Open iT solutions address those needs.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for technical and commercial discussions.
  • Solution Development & Customization
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams (Product, Engineering, and Customer Service) to scope solutions that align with customer requirements and budget constraints.
  • Advocate for customer needs and feedback, ensuring our product roadmap and service offerings remain competitive and relevant.
  • Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in software metering and SaaS management.
  • Share insights with the Product and Marketing teams to continually refine and improve our solutions and messaging.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience :
  • Minimum 5 years in a technical sales or sales engineering role within the IT industry.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Strong understanding of software metering, SaaS usage monitoring, or other IT asset management solutions
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Soft Skills :
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with fluency in English.
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience, with a passion for coaching and developing others.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Other Requirements :
  • Willingness to work travel as needed for client visits and / or contributing at conferences.
  • Self-driven and able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
