Duties
- Supervise and support staff in providing outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Conduct training development sessions to enhance team skills
- Maintain an organized store environment, ensuring that all products are displayed effectively and inventory is managed efficiently.
- Utilize POS systems for transaction processing, inventory tracking, and reporting purposes.
- Foster a collaborative team culture by encouraging open communication, providing feedback, and recognizing individual contributions.
- Create daily menu items
Experience
- Previous experience in food and beverage management or a supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong background in food industry
- Proven skills in organizational management
