Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage documents, including binding, laminating, and coordinating shipments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for meal deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Manage office supply inventory, including ordering, tracking stock levels, and organizing supplies.
- Maintain breakroom area, ensuring cleanliness, proper stocking, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate catering and logistics for meetings and company events.
- Welcome and assist visitors, providing a professional and hospitable experience.
- Oversee workstation management.
- Act as the liaison for office maintenance, construction, and relocation projects.
- Ensure office equipment, including printers, is operational and maintained.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and schedule preventative maintenance as needed.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Minimum of 1 year in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and anticipate office needs proactively.
