Maintenance Person

Open Line Group Homes, Inc. is looking for a full-time Maintenance / Handyman. Would be in charge of maintaining two residential homes and corporate office.

Requirements of the Maintenance / Handyman:

• Experience that provides required knowledge, abilities, and skills in carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and other task as assigned.
• Ability of passing of Fingerprinting, required by the state of California.
• Valid CA driver’s license.
• Previous employment where general maintenance related duties were being performed can be verified.
• Must be able to work alone have strong time management skills, must be able to multi-task and schedule repair requests in house and with outside vendors.
• Must have the ability to be “on call”, work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician

• Cleaning, maintaining, and repairing building fixtures including but not limited to: Carpentry, Drywall, Electrical, Plumbing, Remove and Install appliances.
• Duties involving light carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs to guarantee the building is properly and safely maintained and adheres to the required DSS guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned or needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.50 per hour
