Job Description
The Community Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufactured housing communities in Boone and Huxley, Iowa. This includes enforcing tenant regulations, managing budgets, monitoring property improvement projects, and helping to meet and exceed occupancy projections.
This role requires a strong leader with excellent customer service skills who can effectively work with residents, team members, vendors, and contractors. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with various computer systems, take initiative, and be well organized and detail-oriented.
