This position requires strong leadership and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, team members, vendors, and contractors.
In this role, you will be responsible for enforcing tenant regulations, monitoring property improvement projects, and helping our infill team meet and exceed occupancy projections. You will also attend weekly management meetings and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Previous experience in property management is highly desirable, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in-person. You will also need to exude extreme ownership and collaboration while remaining professional during interactions with all levels of team members, partners, vendors, local officials, etc. Additionally, you must be proficient in using computer systems effectively and efficiently, and have negotiation skills for vendor relations as well as home sales.
