Description
Under the direction of the Creative Director, the Graphic Designer is responsible for completing day-to-day graphic design and development work to support the business. In this role you will design business development pitch decks, marketing assets, internal documents and collateral, as well as other digital assets for multi-channel marketing campaigns. A keen eye for detail along with a mix of creative and technical know-how is essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate should be open to learning, dependable, organized, flexible, and able to work independently, as well as with a variety of departments.?
What You Will Do :
Collaborate closely with internal and external designers, team members, and brokers to produce high-quality assets and materialsDevelop creative marketing materials that adhere to internal and partner brand standards and guidelinesDesign detailed graphics for use in marketing campaigns across all delivery channels including display advertising, social media, email, SMS, print, etc.?Design layouts for landing pages, emails, and other digital marketing materialsCreate original creative content for new business opportunities and corporate materialsProject manage creative aspects of various marketing campaigns using project management software for workflow tasks and updatesCatalog and reference art for future projectsWork with creative director to make decisions that align with procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve results and deadlinesSeek out learning opportunities to stay current on design trends and technologyYou will also participate in teamwide UI / UX projects to develop digital products and applications.Other duties as assignedRequirements
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design desired or equivalent combination of education and experience.1-3 years of graphic design experience in a professional setting1-3 years of experience and / or training in Adobe Creative Suite / Adobe Creative CloudEquivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted?Experience working with digital content across all distribution channels such as websites, social media, display advertising and email campaignsCapable of using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Video production, editing, UI / UX, and web development skills are a plus.Experience with Figma, Pitch, Notion, HubSpot, AfterEffects, or Premiere is a plus.Ability to apply creative talent to a blank canvas without an existing model in place.Ability to pivot projects and apply agile methodology to workflow.Resume must include online portfolio that can be accessed digitally.Physical Requirements
