The Purpose:
We are looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Account Team! As an Account Coordinator, you will support the Account Team in all areas of the program, including project management, cost estimation, and communication for trade shows and events. This role requires excellent organizational skills as you will simultaneously manage deadlines and deliverables for multiple events. You will provide consistent, reliable support to the internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate communication throughout the project lifecycle.
The Job:
The duties of the Account Coordinator may vary based on specific program or project needs. However, the following responsibilities are typical for this role:
- Arrange, coordinate, and facilitate internal meetings to maintain project workflow.
- Open new project opportunities through the appropriate internal CRM and operational systems.
- Request purchase and work orders through appropriate processes via Czarnowski operational management systems (COMS).
- Create and maintain project presentations, estimate proposals, and support documentation as directed by the account team (primarily through Microsoft and web-based applications) to aid in project efficiency.
- Communicate with vendor partners, internal Czarnowski depts, and show management regarding event documentation.
- Manage vendor and client communication for various tasks and projects, including financial responsibilities as assigned.
- Provide administrative support throughout the project lifecycle, including preparing meeting agendas, transcribing meeting notes, and confirming post-meeting action items for internal and external team members.
- Assist account team with project reconciliation, such as confirming and collecting final invoices, reviewing pending and posted costs and reviewing draft documents for accuracy or errors.
- Manage Portables program for individual clients; A high volume (frequency) division handling and coordinating various orders in a short time frame.

- 1 years of experience working in a professional environment
- Passionate, customer-oriented communicator

- Proactive, detail-oriented problem solver
- Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a Marketing or Events environment is preferred but not required
- Pharmaceutical experience is preferred but not required
Illinois Salary and Benefit Statement:
The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Illinois if selected for the role. Any salary offered is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience.
Illinois Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000.
This position is eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, time off benefits, and participation in the Company's 401(k) plan.
