The Purpose:
With the guidance of the warehouse managers the warehouse inventory control specialist is part of a team that ensures accurate documentation of product in our internal systems.
The Job:
- Understanding, labeling and managing inventory of warehouse properties within our internal system; COMS.
- Assist the warehouse personnel inventorying properties
- Input warehouse/billing paperwork into internal systems
- Track shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory reports in Smartsheets
- Communicate directly with account executives, account managers and project managers about warehouse inventories.
- Assist Warehouse Managers in everyday duties.
- Perform other assignments or duties as required
The Person:
- Must be a Team Player. Willing to ask for help.
- Self-Starter that can manage daily workloads.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, be organized and multi-task.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university is preferred but not required.
- 1-3 years of experience in the Trade Show industry is preferred, but not required.
- Willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and exceptional work ethic.
- Build positive relationships with our many offices across the country.
- Willing to work OT, including Holidays, and weekends as needed.
