The ideal person will also have a growth mindset, value teamwork, and an easy-going and positive attitude. Applicants should view housekeeper nanny work as a profession, be interested in the potential of a long-term position if the fit continues to be right, and to seek a varied role as the duties and responsibilities evolve as the family grows, children age, and the family’s needs change. WHAT’S THE JOB? As an integral member of the family team, this full-time housekeeper nanny will handle general housekeeping, organizing, cleaning and laundry for a large family residence. This is a full-time position of approximately 40 hours per week with ideally a typical schedule of Sunday through Thursday. The ideal candidate would have flexibility to cover occasional evenings, and also be able to cover from time-to-time when the family’s primary nanny has time off. Occasional ability to travel with the family would be a plus (e.g., to Oregon Coast, or out of state). The family travels to spend time with extended family, for some Jewish holidays, and for work and vacation. WHEN WOULD I START?
