Job Description
The Guest Relations department supports all departments by delivering an exceptional customer experience, promptly handling calls and inquiries, and maintaining confidentiality of company and customer information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information at all times.
- Provide clear, friendly voice and professional demeanor when interacting with visitors or on the phone.
- Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the phone in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, transfer calls, and/or take messages.
- Collect total retail charges from customers in cash, check, or authorized charge account.
- Provide customers with proper change and/or receipts.
- Maintain and keep tidy customer areas.
- Keep fresh complimentary snacks and beverages for customers when necessary.
- Attend to customers who may be waiting.
Requirements:
- A people person with an outgoing personality.
- 6 months of relevant work experience in customer service, receptionist/front desk, or administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A team player with professional presentation.
