Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with product/service questions, order tracking, billing issues, and general account support
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on unresolved issues
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus

Pay: $22.08 - $24.00 per hour
