Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients regarding insurance inquiries, policy updates, claims status, and billing.
- Assist clients in understanding policy coverage, changes, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as underwriting and claims to resolve customer concerns promptly.
