Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately
- Verify patient insurance information and process billing
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Provide administrative support to healthcare providers as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Some experience with patient billing/payments - must be on the resume
- Experience with medical insurance, referral processes, and benefit plans
- 1 year of recent experience working in an outpatient clinic or medical office setting
- Ability to read, understand, and respond to detailed oral and written instructions
- Experience with CS/Link - Epic
- 2 years’ recent experience working as a Patient Service Representative In Cardiology
- Understanding of medical terminology

Pay: $22.20 - $23.00 per hour
