Duties
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits
- Verify patient insurance information and process necessary paperwork
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding appointments, services, and general information
- Maintain patient records accurately and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care efficiently
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Meditech for data entry and retrieval
Special Requirements:
- 2 references from authority figures (Managers, Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or Director) within LAST YEAR will be required for Onboarding
- Flu vaccine required
*EPIC experience required*

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
